Chinmay Bhandari
Chinmay Bhandari founded Matra in 2017 with a working theory: that India's institutions did not lack stories or systems, they lacked people willing to take responsibility for both at once.
The theory has since been tested in public. With the Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute he led the creation of BharatVidya, taking a century of Indological scholarship to more than forty thousand learners, with the course catalogue commended by the Prime Minister and the platform launched by the Finance Minister. Within Matra he has built the product portfolio, from a custom GPT for Indian languages to the firm's own ERP.
